Accessing Sacramentum
Sacramentum is organized into public pages (no sign‑in needed) and signed‑in tools (for parishioners with accounts, priests, and administrators).
Parish address (subdomain)
Each parish has its own Sacramentum address. It usually looks like https://<parish>.sacramentum.app.
If you don’t know your parish’s address, contact your parish office.
Public pages (no sign‑in needed)
Most parishes use Sacramentum’s public pages to communicate the sacramental life of the parish clearly: Mass schedules, Confession schedules, and (in some parishes) real‑time priest availability.
Common public pages include:
| Public page | What it’s for |
|---|---|
| Parish home page | Shows locations, schedules, and live availability (when enabled). |
| Mass schedule | A clear view of upcoming Masses by day/location (when configured). |
| Confession information | Today’s Confession times and special opportunities (when configured). |
| Request a Mass intention | Select an available Mass and submit an intention request (when enabled by the parish). |
| Cart & checkout | Review intention requests and complete payment (when enabled). |
| Track an intention | Check the status of a request using your email and a reference number. |
| Memorials | View memorial offerings (when the parish uses this module). |
| Secure forms by link | Some forms (like Baptism registration or Funeral liturgy planning) are accessed by a secure link sent to you. |
| Public invoices | View and pay an invoice by a secure link (when provided). |
Not every parish uses every feature. What you see depends on what your parish has enabled and configured.
Signing in (accounts and staff)
Some areas of Sacramentum require signing in. For example:
- Parishioners can register and sign in to view their intention history, payments, and receipts.
- Priests and administrators sign in to manage schedules, settings, and records.
You may also see account pages like “Create account”, “Verify email”, and “Forgot password”. If you submitted an intention request as a guest, Sacramentum may offer an easy way to create an account afterward and link your past requests.
If you are a priest or administrator and cannot sign in, see Troubleshooting → Login issues.
Signed‑in areas (by role)
After you sign in, Sacramentum routes you to the right dashboard based on your role.
Parishioners with accounts
Parishioners who create an account can use their dashboard to manage and track intention requests over time, and to access payments information (when applicable). For details, see What is Sacramentum?.
Priests
The priest dashboard focuses on daily ministry: managing availability, viewing calendars, and working with assigned Mass intentions. Some parishes also use priest tools for sacraments & rites, facilities/events, or visitation ministry.
In many parishes, this includes:
- Availability controls and calendar views
- Assigned intentions, with tools to schedule or mark fulfillment (as permitted)
- Optional modules like sacraments & rites, facilities/events, and visitation (when used)
Administrators
The admin dashboard is where parish staff manage the parish’s setup and day‑to‑day operations, including locations, users, Mass/Confession schedules, parish settings (timezone, payments, intention rules), Mass intentions workflow, and related financial records.
In many parishes, this includes:
- People & places (locations, users, and requester records)
- Masses & intentions (calendar, approvals, bulletin exports, and fulfillment tracking)
- Settings (parish details, payments, intention types, email, kiosk/forms)
- Finance (receipts, invoices, payouts, and reports)
Secure links (for forms, invoices, or intention tracking) are meant for the recipient. Don't forward them unless your parish tells you it's safe to do so.
