The Priest Console
The Priest Console is your dedicated workspace in Sacramentum. From here you can view your calendar, manage Mass intentions assigned to you, claim unassigned intentions, and access sacramental records — all from a single interface.
Accessing the Priest Console
After signing in, click Priest Console in the top navigation bar. If you are an administrator who is also a priest, you have access to both the Admin Dashboard and the Priest Console, and can switch between them at any time.
The sidebar
The left sidebar is your primary navigation. It contains three main sections and several expandable groups:
Core sections appear at the top of the sidebar and are the areas you will use most often:

| My Calendar | Month or week view of your assigned Masses, sacraments, and events |
| My Mass Intentions | All intentions assigned to you, with filters, scheduling, and fulfillment tools |
| Available to Claim | Unassigned intentions you can voluntarily take responsibility for |
Expandable groups provide access to additional tools:

The sidebar collapses to icons on smaller screens. Hover over an icon to see its label in a tooltip.
Sidebar footer
At the bottom of the sidebar you will find quick-access links and your profile controls:
- Help & Docs — opens the help documentation site
- Feedback — sends feedback to the Sacramentum team
- Admin Dashboard — switches to the Admin Dashboard (visible only if you are an admin-priest)
- Language — switch between English and Spanish
- Your name and avatar — opens a menu with Edit Profile and Logout
Understanding the layout
The Priest Console uses a sidebar-plus-content layout. Select a section in the sidebar and the main content area updates to show the corresponding view. The current section name appears in the header above the content area.
On mobile devices, tap the menu icon to open the sidebar as an overlay, then tap a section to navigate. The sidebar closes automatically after you make a selection.
