Creating an Account
Creating an account lets you track Mass intention requests, view payment history, and access receipts—all in one place. It's optional, but helpful if you request intentions more than once.
Why create an account?
Without an account, you can still request Mass intentions as a guest. However, a parishioner account gives you:
- A dashboard showing all your intention requests (pending, scheduled, fulfilled)
- Access to payment history, invoices, and downloadable receipts
- The ability to link past guest requests to your account
- Faster checkout for future requests (your information is saved)
If you prefer not to create an account, you can still request intentions and track them using your email and reference number.
How to register
- Go to your parish's Sacramentum site (e.g.,
https://yourparish.sacramentum.app). - Click Sign In in the top navigation.
- Click Create Account (or Register).
- Enter your name, email address, and choose a password.
- Click Create Account.
You'll receive a verification email at the address you provided.
Verifying your email
After registering, check your inbox for a verification email from Sacramentum.
- Open the email titled "Verify your email address" (or similar).
- Click the Verify Email button or link.
- You'll be redirected to Sacramentum and can now sign in.
If you don't see the verification email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Some email providers filter automated messages.
Linking past guest requests
If you previously requested Mass intentions as a guest (without an account), you can link those requests to your new account—as long as you used the same email address.
- Verify your email address and sign in to your account.
- Go to your Dashboard and open the Your Intentions card (Upcoming tab).
- If past requests are found, you'll see a prompt to Claim Past Intentions.
- Click to link them to your account.
After you verify your email (and again each time you sign in), Sacramentum automatically attempts to link any past guest requests that match your email. Use Claim Past Intentions if you still see the prompt or want to trigger the link manually.
Once linked, those requests appear in your dashboard—Upcoming, Pending, or History—alongside any new requests.
Linking only works if you used the same email address for guest checkout that you used to create your account.
Troubleshooting
I didn't receive the verification email
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Verify you entered the correct email address during registration.
- Try clicking Resend Verification Email on the sign-in page.
- If the problem persists, contact your parish office.
I can't link my past requests
Make sure your email is verified, then sign out and sign back in to trigger auto-linking.
Ensure you're signed in with the same email address you used for guest checkout. If you used a different email, those requests cannot be automatically linked—contact your parish office for assistance.
If you don't see the Claim Past Intentions prompt, either nothing was found for your email or your requests have already been linked.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in page, click Forgot Password and follow the instructions to reset it via email.
