Your Parishioner Dashboard
Your parishioner dashboard is the central place to track all your Mass intention requests, view their status, and access your payment history. You need to be signed in to access your dashboard.
Accessing your dashboard
After signing in, click your name or profile icon and select Dashboard. You can also navigate directly to the dashboard from the main menu.
You must verify your email address before accessing your dashboard. If you haven't verified yet, you'll see a prompt with a link to resend the verification email.
Summary cards
At the top of your dashboard, four cards give you a quick overview:

| Total Requested | Your all-time intention count |
Below the summary, a Browse Available Masses button takes you to the intention calendar to request new intentions.
Your Intentions section
The main section of your dashboard shows your intentions organized into three tabs: Upcoming, Pending, and History.
Upcoming tab
Shows intentions that are scheduled and confirmed for upcoming Masses. For each intention, you'll see the person or purpose the intention is for, the intention text, Mass date and time, location, celebrant, intention type, and stipend amount.
On mobile: Intentions appear as cards with key details. Tap to see more information.
On desktop: Intentions appear in a table with sortable columns.
Pending tab
Shows requests that are awaiting approval or payment completion. You'll see similar information to the Upcoming tab, plus the payment status:
- Processing — Payment is being processed
- Pending — Awaiting payment
- Completed — Payment received
- Failed — Payment issue (contact parish)
For unscheduled intentions (where you didn't select a specific Mass), the date shows "Any Available" until the parish schedules it.
History tab
Shows past intentions that have been fulfilled or cancelled. This tab loads when you click it (not automatically) to keep the dashboard fast.
Each entry shows when the intention was fulfilled, along with the same details as other tabs. Fulfilled intentions display a green "Fulfilled" badge.
Claiming past guest requests
If you requested Mass intentions as a guest before creating your account, you can link those requests to your dashboard—as long as you used the same email address.
When past requests are found:
A blue banner appears in the Upcoming tab with the message "Have past intentions?" and a Claim Past Intentions button.
Click the button to link those requests to your account. Once claimed, they'll appear in the appropriate tab (Upcoming, Pending, or History) based on their status.
Sacramentum automatically tries to link past requests when you verify your email and each time you sign in. The claim button is a manual option if automatic linking didn't catch everything.
Navigating large lists
If you have many intentions, the list is paginated with 10 items per page. Use the Previous and Next buttons at the bottom to navigate between pages. The current page number and total pages are displayed between the buttons.
Mobile vs. desktop view
On mobile devices: Each intention appears as a card with the most important information visible. Details like location and celebrant appear in a gray box within each card.
On desktop: Intentions appear in a table format with columns you can scan quickly. This view shows more information at once.
Both views show the same information—just organized differently for each screen size.
